Abstract
No le quiten la palabra al indígena! Tal fue la exigencia tajante de Juan Pablo II cuando en su propia presencia, de forma abrupta e injusta, se le impidió en Popayán (Colombia) a un aborigen paez continuar con su discurso. Gracias a Dios, esta lucha del papa Wojtila por la defensa de la dignidad de la persona y de los pueblos marca todo su ministerio petrino.
