Abstract
La presente exposición tiene un doble propósito: 1. Precisar y objetivar lo que realmente es "Evangelio", según el Nuevo Testamento, a fin de evitar el riesgo de la confusión o ambiguedad y el caer en un lenguaje piadoso o religioso (no crítico). 2. Lograr alguna claridad sobre por qué, cuando se habla de Evangelio objetivado, debe entenderse una cultura de auténtica solidaridad. Con eáte segundo propósito lo que se quiere es hacer eco a lo que expresa la Constitución sobre la Iglesia en el mundo moderno Gaudium et Spes del Concilio Vaticano 11 sobre la comunidad humana (Primera parte, capítulo segundo, números 23-32) y sobre el sano fomento del progreso cultural (Segunda parte, capítulo segundo, números 53-62). En lo referente a las categorías de cultura, manejo de la cultura y valores me atengo a la manera como las trata el Concilio.
