Abstract
En el complejo mundo de las transformaciones sociales quien no asume una posición puede estar seguro que otros la asumen por él. Estas reflexiones están destinadas a todos los hombres de buena voluntad yespecíficamente a los cristianos (agentes de pastoral, religiosos, laicos y comunidades cristianas) preocupados por la situación del país y dispuestos a contribuir para su transformación.
