Abstract
Los tiempos presentes no son de calma. Colombia es un país convulsionado en un continente convulsionado. Es probable que la inmediatez y multiplicidad de acontecimientos tan hirientes que taladran la vista, no permita una apreciación serena y adecuada. Falta todavía perspectiva histórica y discernimiento sistemático de los hechos. Se corre el peligro de agrandar las minucias y de dejar pasar lo verdaderamente importante.
