Abstract
El estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los factores que inciden en la disponibilidad y uso de las publicaciones oficiales en Colombia, con el fin de presentar al gobierno, un diagnóstico de la situación y formular un plan de acción que permita tener un fácil acceso a la información que el sector oficial genera.
El programa se divide en dos proyectos: 1. Disponibilidad y consulta de las publicaciones oficiales en las bibliotecas y Centros de Información. 2. Disponibilidad y uso de las publicaciones oficiales por usuarios de diferentes sectores. Para el estudio de cada uno de los proyectos se ha diseñado un instrumento de recolección de información que se aplicará a una muestra de la respectiva población. Se presenta un informe de progreso de la investigación la cual describe las características del cuestionario y diseño muestra! para bibliotecas y unidades de información.
