Abstract
Algunas de las ideas aquí expresadas serán expuestas en el curso de Educación Continuada "IMPACTO DE LOS SISTEMAS DE INFORMÁTICA EN LA ORGANIZACIÓN" en la conferencia sobre "ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL CAMBIO". En este ensayo se exploran los orígenes de las ¡deas contemporáneas sobre el traba/o en nuestra sociedad y por lo tanto creemos que ellas contribuyen al entendimiento del conflicto de valores que subyace en el problema de la administración del cambio. Creemos que la explicación de valores o actitudes y sentimientos respecto al significado que tiene el trabajo y la tecnología para cada uno de nosotros constituye el primer paso en el entendimiento de los conflictos y por lo tanto en su solución realista.
