Abstract

Esta ponencia tiene un contexto muy claro, el de una Universidad Católica que vive la época del Concilio Vaticano II y que en la Encíclica Ecclesiam Suam de Paulo Vi apren­dió la necesidad de un diálogo con el mundo; de una Universidad de la Compañía de Jesús, a quien el mismo Pontífice encomendó la tarea de estudiar el ateísmo del mundo moderno; sabe que, al hablar sobre el pensamiento religioso de Carlos Marx, entra en diálogo con alguien que conscientemente rechazó de su vida la presencia y la imagen de Dios, pero cree poder aprender mucho de este diálogo.
