Abstract
En este artículo queremos presentar, sin pretensión alguna de proponer modelos o de agotar el tema en cuestión, algunas reflexiones desde nuestra experiencia de investigación y de acompañamiento con grupos de desplazados. No pretendemos aquí hacer mediciones, descripciones o análisis del hecho del desplazamiento, su contexto o sus circunstancias explicatorias, lo cual ya hemos propuesto en otros escritos. Intentamos, más bien, concentrarnos en la forma como Estado, ONG’s, desplazados y pobladores concebimos e intervenimos de frente al fenómeno.
