Abstract
Cuando llegué a la Universidad a finales del año 65, era el único profesor de tiempo completo de la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras. Quizás fui el primero en la condición de simple profesor. Esa figura era poco común en la Universidad, especialmente en el área de Humanidades. El número total de alumnos no llegaba a sesenta. El decano de Filosofía y Letras, recientemente nombrado era el Padre Alvaro Jiménez Cadena, S.J., que era también Decano de la Facultad de Psicología, carrera que se estaba consolidando y que experimentaba un vertiginoso crecimiento.
