Abstract
De aquel pasado ensombrecido por cinco siglos de dominio español, que apenas resucita cuando empezamos a reconocer ponió propio el Caudal de viviendas, formas, colores y presencias indígenas en nuestra incipiente autenticidad, nos llegan los rostros de los antepasados aborígenes, a través de las formas modeladas en el oro, la cerámica y la piedra, con amorosa deleitación, por los orfebres, los alfareros y los talladores prehispánicos.
