Abstract

The property offers a group of direct powers on a good to the owner. Next to
the consecrated model of classic property in our norm (C.C., arts. 669 and ss.),
can be recognized some special properties. The state property, that is made
up of the public property and the property, has several characteristics. For example, his holder is a State organization; its exercise must consult the essential
aims of the State; their characteristics are imposed by the law. It is a special
property that has its regulation in the civil law and the administrative law.
