Abstract
El presente artículo pretende mostrar cómo la falta de reflexión moral, tan común en nuestra sociedad, impide que se haga una lectura institucional de los discursos que pretenden limitar algunas de las prácticas bélicas que se adelantan en el desarrollo del conflicto armado colombiano. Para ello, primero, se aclarará la perspectiva filosófica desde la que se abordará el problema, en segundo lugar se reconstruirán las condiciones de posibilidad que permitan, desde la filosofía del derecho, abordar este tipo de cuestiones, después, se recurrirá a una teoría que permita reconstruir el rumbo que ha tomado el conflicto colombiano en los últimos veinte años, para luego insertar la masacre como un tipo de estrategia de contienda que se adelanta de manera recurrente en Colombia y mostrar el tipo de reacción moral que genera y el silencio que con respecto a ella mantiene el derecho colombiano.
