Abstract
Because of the 75 years of its creation in 1929, the study of the constitutional particularities of the State of the City of the Vatican one is undertaken, after the expedition of its new Fundamental Law of 2001, being carried out here a free translation of the same one to describe its organs sui géneris of government and administration.
