Abstract

Twenty-one types of sentences of the Constitutional Court are presented here, organized in six classes of modulations, based on the criteria of interpretation that the High Corporation has utilized since 1992 to send off their failures, as well as the fundamental principles of every Sentence of Constitutionality.
