Abstract

This article presents the possibilities of new readings of legal practices from the point of view of relations between Law and Literature, specifically in the current of Law like Literature and with emphasis in legal stories. This is exemplified in a reading of jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of Colombia with literary parameters and in the case of fundamental rights related to the corporal identity.
