Abstract

In this paper the author refers to one of the most important topics in the contemporary law of contracts: the predisposed contracts, referring to standard terms and abusive clauses. The author studies its characteristics, purpose and legal concept of standard terms, the abusive clauses, and its control by legislative power, administrative authorities and judges.
