Abstract
El artículo explora los vínculos entre historia, ética y política en la narrativa latinoamericana de los últimos años y se enfoca en particular en la ficción argentina. El corpus reúne un conjunto de textos relacionados entre sí por sus representaciones de héroes fracasados; en ellos la posición del perdedor es resultado de una elección ético-política, desde la cual se preserva la memoria del pasado y se lee la historia y el presente. A partir del cuento fundante de Jorge Luis Borges “Deutsches Requiem”, se incorporan relatos con otros “héroes”, opuestos y complementarios; figuras cuyo accionar pone en escena los conflictos y debates sobre las opciones éticas frente a la derrota política.Cuadernos de Literatura is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
