Abstract
La mujer escritora y la mujer narrada reposicionan un contra discurso en la literatura antillana de Jamaica Kincaid, que reinterpreta códigos y categorizaciones oficializados por el Imperio europeo y el sistema patriarcal. Es un engranaje de literatura-pensamiento que en clave femenina recuenta historia y memoria caribeña. Kincaid construye un universo en el que Annie John, su protagonista con voz, memoria y cuerpo propios, deconstruye las categorías de raza, género y lengua impuestas por los imperios culturales y económicos no solo resignificando las relaciones entre los sujetos sino reposicionando nuevos lugares de enunciación para el sujeto femenino y antillano. La novela y contra discurso Annie John (1985) desplaza y resitúa las temáticas-problemáticas de la colonización, desarticulando lo Oficial, lo Universal y lo Occidental y articulando lo no-oficial, lo local y lo antillano-caribeño.Cuadernos de Literatura is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
