Abstract
El Plan Revolucionario de Lectura es un programa de estímulo del Gobierno venezolano que se orienta hacia la formación ciudadana con énfasis en el acto de leer de modo colectivo. El artículo analiza el enfoque político, ético y pedagógico de esta política cultural, tomando como marco de referencia tanto la legislación venezolana como el Plan Iberoamericano de Lectura Ilímita promovido por la Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos, y asesorado por el Centro Regional para el Desarrollo del Libro y la Lectura en América Latina y el Caribe.

Thus, this work may be reproduced, distributed, and publicly shared in digital format, as long as the names of the authors and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana are acknowledged. Others are allowed to quote, adapt, transform, auto-archive, republish, and create based on this material, for any purpose (even commercial ones), provided the authorship is duly acknowledged, a link to the original work is provided, and it is specified if changes have been made.
