Abstract
El arresto de Augusto Pinochet, ex comandante en Jefe de la Junta Militar chilena, en 1998, colocó sobre las escena social la memoria sobre los hechos y conflictos de la dictadura como zona de enunciación política, de performatividad mediática y de intervención callejera. Todo lo cual reta y fractura, según Nelly Richard, el consenso democrático organizado por la Transición sobre la base de la disolución de lo político-ideológico desde la gratificación consumista del mercado.
