Abstract
Este artículo presenta un análisis del uso de las pruebas psicométricas en una empresa de servicios temporales (EST) de Bogotá, Colombia, basado en la teoría socioconstruccionista. La investigación evidencia la existencia de una brecha entre la Psicología como disciplina y como profesión, así como un desplazamiento del conocimiento de la Psicología científica hacia el de la psicología del sentido común, como respuesta de los psicólogos organizacionales a las lógicas del mercado.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
