Abstract
A partir de la recuperación histórica de la configuración de conceptos como cultura y organización, se hace una aproximación a la lectura crítica de la cultura de las organizaciones orientada por el interrogante sobre la manera como se ha desarrollado la idea de cultura desde los intereses de las organizaciones empresariales. Desde esta base, el artículo muestra algunos lineamientos acerca de lo que significa intervenir en contextos organizacionales y el sentido que tiene la "lectura cultural" de las organizaciones para cuestionar el cambio y la crítica en el contexto actual dentro del capitalismo y la globalizaciónThis journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
