Abstract
El Ancimidol, a-ciclopropil-(p-metoxifenil)-5-pirimidinmetanol, (C15H16N2O2) es un regulador de crecimiento vegetal sintético, que hace parte del grupo de compuestos heterocíclicos que contienen nitrógeno que inhiben la síntesis de las giberelinas. La estructura de esta molécula se determinó por resonancia magnética nuclear, partiendo de una solución en cloroformo deuterado (CDCl3), utilizando un espectrómetro de 500MHz (campo de 11.7 Teslas). Se tomaron espectros unidimensionales RMN 1H, RMN 13C, pruebas DEPT 45, 90 y 135 y espectros bidimensionales HMBC y HMQC. En la estructura obtenida para el Ancimidol, se observaron tres ciclos como son la pirimidina, el metoxifenilo y el ciclopropilo, identificados por la asignación de los átomos de hidrógeno y de carbono y por las relaciones de conectividad dadas por los espectros bidimensionales HMBC y HMQC.Univ.
