Resumen

El propósito de ese artículo es presentar la exploración bibliográfica y el análisis documental de una serie de estudios e investigaciones en español, inglés y francés, cuyos objetos de estudio van desde la escritura en artículos científicos hasta el modo en que diversos aspectos lingüísticos, retóricos, institucionales e individuales pueden incidir en la producción científica. Las fuentes provienen de bases de datos y de consultas en bibliotecas que desplegaron trayectorias temáticas sobre el asunto en cuestión.


El principal interés es proporcionar al lector información que lo motive a realizar investigaciones sobre escritura científica, que permitan arrojar luces sobre los factores que inciden en la productividad científica del docente universitario en Colombia.
