Abstract

En este ensayo, el autor propone una reflexión personal acerca de la educación como proceso comunicativo. Para tal fin, constituye once analogías, parte de la nocion de "avatar", definida como cada una de las diferentes encarnaciones de los dioses hindues o como un aspecto nuevo de una cosa cambiante. El maestro es entendido como partero, sembrador, pastor, artesano, brújula, anfitrión, ladrón del fuego, puente, guardián de la tradición y oraculo.
