Abstract

Globalization is a current phenomenon that has brought about an infinite number of changes in all spheres; companies and corporations are not an exception to the rule. Day by day, mergers and acquisitions have led organizations to experience the advantages and difficulties of multiculturality. In one of the elective courses of the specialization program called “Multicultural Communication”, the various aspects of multiculturality within organizations are identified and analyzed in order to conduct a deep reflection leading to conclusions and specific recommendations from the point of view of communications.
