Abstract
Entrar científicamente en la "sala oscura" del cine, sólo ha sido posible a partir de 1964 gracias a la linterna semiológica hábilmente manejada por Christian Metz. Es él quien primero aborda la teoría del cine con un espíritu verdaderamente científco, en el sentido moderno del término; es decir que, él no busca la verdad, sino que avanza.
