Abstract
Tras definir lo teológico y lo ignaciano se proponen unos énfasis particulares en el quehacer de una facultad de teología: partir siempre de la realidad total, social y humana, personal y colectiva, preñada toda ella de Dios; su actividad debe ser cristocéntrica; la iglesia va unida necesariamente al énfasis anterior y ha de estar claramente articulada a él; se sigue de lo anterior una ética de solidaridad. En conclusión: el teólogo debe ser ante todo un testigo, por lo cual se debe enfatizar la formación de maestros. La teología ha de estar íntimamente relacionada con la pastoral de la universidad. En fin, el énfasis ignaciano de la formación teológica es la búsqueda de seres humanos íntegros, coherentes y consecuentes con la realidad que los conforma: Dios mismo que acontece humanizando y divinizándolos a ellos y a toda su realidad a través de ellos.
