Abstract
Dos libros de Desmond Morris, "El Mono Desnudo" y "El Zoo Humano" tienen gran interés para el estudio del comportamiento sexual de nuestra especie, porque presentan ideas nuevas y sugestivas, algunas de las cuales constituyen valiosas aportaciones. Como zoólogo, el autor citado, estudia el comportamiento del animal humano aunque no despojado de los aditamentos socioculturales que le confieren la otra dimensión de su naturaleza ambivalente. La naturaleza humana posee dos dimensiones complementarias e inseparables: aspectos biosíquicos y aspectos socioculturales. Pero actúan tan íntimamente interrelacionados, que resulta difícil delimitar estrictamente hasta donde llegan los campos de estudio específicos del zoólogo, antropólogo, sociólogo, psicólogo, etc.
