Abstract

The legal aspects of social security disability benefits along with an analysis
of the current structure of such benefits under Colombian Law are presented
throughout this document in order to make a research proposal that takes
into account the date when the disability is declared as the date in which disability
benefits are granted and in some cases the date when the disability is
structured around.
