Abstract

The change of State model has required providers to redefine their role in the classic role of intervention in the economy, so that has affected public policy rules and the delimitation exercise of regulation and control economic activity of individuals. To that extent, this article seeks to establish the origins of the two, finding the trends of globalization many elements that identify them, so that could anticipate some difficulties in its implementation. Also explained the scope of this change in the Colombian case from his correspondence with these contemporary trends of globalization and made an exploratory approach on the effects on the relationship between the state and law.
