Resumen

Desde su entrada a la profesión jurídica en el siglo XIX, la mujer ha experimentado la discriminación con base en el género. A partir de los años setenta, se presenta un aumento en el número de mujeres estudiantes en las escuelas de derecho y abogadas, por lo que se habla de una feminización de la profesión. Este fenómeno ha llevado a los investigadores a preguntarse si las mujeres han sido agentes de cambio para el derecho, su práctica y la defensa de los derechos de otras mujeres. En el presente artículo de investigación, utilizando la autoetnografía analítica hago visibles momentos de mi historia como mujer, abogada, profesora y decana, y cómo me transformó la escritura de este artículo, mientras trataba de responder esas preguntas.
