Abstract
This article seeks to analyze Antonio Negri's reflection genealogically, focusing specifically on Spinoza's categories of “democracy” and “multitude”. First, a brief reference will be made to the context of the resurgence of Spinozism in the 1960s, and to Negri's intellectual background in relation to this movement. Subsequently, it will delve into the studies that the Italian author has devoted to Spinoza, with the aim of examining and presenting his interpretation of the two concepts mentioned. Finally, a reflection will be offered on the importance of his approach to Spinozian philosophy and the proposals he finds in it.
