Abstract
Este trabajo es parte del trazado de un mapa del campo teatral y de sus cambios durante la última dictadura argentina (1976-1983) que incluye prácticas performativas y acciones de intervención que no han sido consideradas ni reconstruidas hasta el momento. En este trabajo analizaremos experiencias de intervención que llevaron a cabo la Escuela de Mimo Contemporáneo y Teatro Participativo, el Taller de Investigaciones Teatrales y el grupo coordinado por Ángel Elizondo, entre otros colectivos artísticos, a partir de dos de las estrategias usadas por estos grupos: ocultarse en lugares públicos y realizar hechos escénicos en espacios privados. Reflexionaremos sobre los usos y funciones asignados a los espacios, tensionando la imagen de la extinción del espacio público en la dictadura que ha calado hondo en el imaginario social.
