Abstract
Este trabajo se desarrolló a partir de una serie de entrevistas semiestructuradas a socios o encargados de algunos de los espacios más representativos en la Ciudad de México donde se presentan grupos relacionados con los géneros underground como ska, surf, punk, gótico o rock progresivo, además de músicos afines. En las entrevistas, se buscó indagar sobre su trayectoria laboral y profesional para conocer y caracterizar las formas m.s usuales en las que construyen sus redes de trabajo. Concluimos que las estrategias creativas y las redes sociales y culturales en estos músicos y territorios sonoros son constituidas para autogenerar empleos, parten en principio de un núcleo de “amistad”, en el que se hacen intercambios de contactos que eventualmente se expanden y van creando nuevos circuitos de apoyo.
