Resumen

Los avances de la tecnología y de los diferentes negocios que se respaldan en ella se han apoyado en el intercambio de información a través de la red. Por lo tanto, a partir de la evolución de los modelos de negocio y del análisis del modelo de comercio colaborativo, se plantea una metodología de implementación, consistente en integrar procesos interempresariales, basándose en tres tipos de análisis: conceptual, estructural y funcional. La finalidad de este tipo de integración de procesos y de roles es mejorar las cadenas de valor desde el proveedor hasta el consumidor final, generando una programación acorde con las infraestructuras aportadas por cada una de las empresas integrantes de la colaboración logística.
