Resumo

O apego ao trabalho é definido como uma combinação de fatores organizacionais e extra-organizacionais que impedem que uma pessoa deixe seu emprego. Os antecedentes do apego não estão claramente estabelecidos na literatura. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a interação entre práticas organizacionais, comportamento inovador e satisfação no trabalho como possíveis variáveis ​​explicativas. Uma verificação empírica quantitativa, correlacional-explicativa e transversal foi realizada em uma amostra não probabilística de 381 trabalhadores argentinos. Escalas validadas foram aplicadas para mensurar as variáveis ​​em estudo. Os resultados indicam que o comportamento inovador atua como mediador e a satisfação como moderador nas relações entre práticas e apego ao trabalho. Estos resultados mostram a importância de comportamentos inovadores para aumentar o bem-estar no trabalho.
