Abstract
Un análisis de los sistemas de finca cafetera en los municipios de Riofrío y Restrepo y su incidencia en la reproducción y evolución de una economía campesina que sintetiza tecnologias de los antiguos colonizadores con las propuestas de la revolución verde. Se.analiza también la interrelación de la economía campesina con la estructura empresarial agraria regional y la articulación al mercado y los sistemas agroalimentarios.
