Abstract
El conflicto armado en Colombia provoca el desplazamiento de miles de personas que sufren
repercusiones económicas, sociales y de salud. A pesar de los esfuerzos normativos, enfrentan
problemas de acceso a la atención en salud. Con el objetivo de analizar las características de la
población desplazada que influyen en el acceso a los servicios de salud, se desarrolló un estudio
cualitativo, descriptivo, de tipo exploratorio, utilizando entrevistas individuales semi-estructuradas.
Se entrevistó una muestra teórica de 81 actores sociales. Efectuándose un análisis narrativo de
contenido con generación mixta de categorías y segmentación de datos por temas e informantes.
Las dificultades económicas, la escasa información y los problemas para acreditar su condición,
limitan el acceso a los servicios y la atención oportuna de sus múltiples problemas de salud. Se
requiere una respuesta estatal efectiva que permita su estabilización socioeconómica en el largo
plazo y la defensa de su derecho a la salud.
