Abstract
Se aplicó un instrumento cuanti-cualitativo para una aproximación a la garantía de derechos
sexuales y reproductivos (DSR) en el sector salud desde la perspectiva de calidad de los usuarios/
as en los servicios de planificación familiar y control prenatal de 5 unidades básicas de
prestación de servicios de salud de Bogotá, en Kennedy, Candelaria, Ciudad Bolivar, junio a
diciembre de 2004. Son fortalezas para evaluar la garantía de DSR, condiciones de la oferta y
manejo de las unidades, en factores de accesibilidad, aceptabilidad, oportunidad y competencia
técnica. Procesos de participación comunitaria son una ganancia que debe ser direccionada a
favor de lograr mayores beneficios para la población, garantizar la exigibilidad y portabilidad de
los DSR. Son debilidades con calificación baja y que se relacionan con la calidad de servicios de
salud, factores estructurales relacionados con la identificación de necesidades de la población,
integralidad de la atención.
