Abstract

This paper looks to make a reflection about the new nature of work and the role of Organizational Psychology as a technology displayed in organizations for the production of certain type of subjectivities. In the case analyzed it is shown how the management of human resources through psychological knowledge, produces entrepreneur, autonomous, responsible, competent, involved and flexible subjects who contribute to the reproduction of dominant interests, making evident the political nature of Psychology
