Abstract
Este trabajo muestra los resultados de un estudio exploratorio, referido al aprendizaje del concepto de reacción química, llevado a cabo con alumnos de 15-17 años que asisten a la escuela secundaria en San Carlos de Bariloche. A estos alumnos se les administró el Test Multirrepresentacional sobre la Reacción Química que indaga las vinculaciones entre los niveles macro, micro, simbólico y gráfico de la materia. Se observó que los alumnos presentaron serias dificultades para relacionar estos niveles, lo que evidenció una limitada comprensión de la reacción química. A la luz de estos resultados, se realizan algunas sugerencias didácticas para la enseñanza del cambio químico.
