Abstract

This paper compiles some of the main extant reflections on the teaching of French as a Foreign Language in Colombia and its developments vis-à-vis linguistic policies. Our purpose is to start a research revolution in the teaching of French as a Foreign Language that includes new teaching contexts, such as social practices in and among French and French speaking sectors.
