Abstract
La última etapa del Frente Nacional corresponde a una coyuntura política que devela un Estadoen crisis. Este artículo pretende identificar la manera en que algunos de estos elementos contextualesrepercuten en diversas formas de producción visual que apuntan a lecturas divergentes.Si el diseño y la publicidad institucional y política configuran un imaginario de solidez y fortaleza del Estado colombiano, por otra parte, la cinematografía independiente y la producción artística,cargadas de humor e ironía, cuestionan la imagen de bienestar social que pretenden mostrarlas primeras. Para construir esta hipótesis, ha sido fundamental un análisis directo de fuentesprimarias publicadas en prensa y la consulta de piezas visuales y obras de arte pertenecientes acolecciones públicas.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
