Abstract
Esta es una investigación teórica que propone la convergencia de tres corrientes para el estudiolas luchas por la salud en Colombia desde el análisis de la estructura sociopolítica y de los actores. Este objetivo implica la pregunta por la existencia o no de acción colectiva por la salud, en el marco de la reforma y en un contexto de violencia sociopolítica. El método utilizado fue el análisis documental de dos tipos de fuentes: 1) la revisión de autores de la acción colectiva y los movimientos sociales, y 2) artículos sobre luchas sociales en Colombia. Los resultados muestran que las luchas por la salud están inmersas en otras luchas, aunque la reforma ha propiciado la configuración de actores y formas de protesta y el tránsito hacia la reivindicación del derecho. En consecuencia, se requieren abordajes teóricos complementarios que den cuenta simultáneamente de la estructura y de los actores.Copyright notice
