Abstract
El trabajo estudia el grado de equidad en el acceso a los servicios de Atención Primaria de la Salud (aps)entre los habitantes de los municipios de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (Argentina). Es un estudio cuantitativoy retrospectivo que utiliza como indicador de acceso a los servicios de aps, la cantidad de habitantespor centro de atención primaria de la salud (caps) en cada municipio. Los resultados indican la existenciade fuertes desigualdades en el acceso entre municipios, las cuales no pueden justificarse por diferentesnecesidades de servicios de aps. Las necesidades fueron definidas a partir de la tasa de mortalidad infantily el porcentaje de familias con necesidades básicas insatisfechas. A su vez, se observa que los municipioscon mayores niveles de riqueza y mayores niveles de gasto público finalidad salud municipal per cápitapresentan mejores indicadores de acceso a los servicios de aps.Copyright notice
