Abstract
Se evaluó el efecto de la aplicación de biosólidos como enmienda orgánica sobre el repoblamiento de la macrofauna edáfica en la cantera Soratama. Los tratamientos se trabajaron en proporciones de biosólidos y estériles de la siguiente manera: 1:8 (T1), 1:4 (T2), 1:2 (T3) y control (C) 1:0. La colección de la macrofauna edáfica se realizó mediante monolitos de 20x20x30 cm divididos en dos profundidades. Se realizó un muestreo al inicio del experimento, es decir, inmediatamente fueron dispuestas las parcelas experimentales (M0) y tres muestreos más (M1, M2 y M3) cada tres meses durante un período de nueve meses. La macrofauna edáfica colonizadora fue caracterizada por datos de diversidad, equidad y dominancia. El repoblamiento de adultos se observó a partir de M1 y fue exclusiva de los tratamientos con biosólidos. Las familias más abundantes en los diferentes tratamientos fueron Enchytraeidae y Staphylinidae. En el caso de estados inmaduros el repoblamiento se observó a partir de M2. En conclusión, la aplicación de biosólidos favoreció la recolonización de la macrofauna edáfica y fue mayor a los nueve meses en los tratamientos con menor proporción de biosólidos.
