Abstract
Objetive: To describe the classification of Müllerian malformations review of clinical features and behavior in pregnancy.
Methodology: 3 cases of patients with pregnancies and Müllerian malformations who were treated for their prenatal controls until delivery in the San Ignacio Hospital (HSI) are presented. Electronic search was performed in PubMed/Medline to collect information in both English and Spanish language from 1988 onward. Review articles, case reports and research Müllerian malformations were chosen.
Conclusions: Müllerian anomalies may difficult or impede pregnancy, resulting in multiple obstetric pathologies that increases perinatal morbidity and mortality. The outcomes of our pregnant patients correspond with the global expected statistics.
