Resumen

En este artículo de investigación se analiza la estructura factorial de las dimensiones de liderazgo, eficacia colectiva y expectativas docentes, además de la estimación del efecto mediador de la eficacia colectiva entre las dimensiones de liderazgo y expectativas docentes. Participaron 587 educadores de 32 escuelas públicas primarias y secundarias de Bogotá. Para el estudio se desarrollaron análisis factoriales exploratorios, confirmatorios y se aplicaron las ecuaciones estructurales para la validez del modelo causal. Los resultados evidencian el efecto positivo del liderazgo y el rol mediador de la eficacia colectiva hacia las expectativas docentes.
