Abstract
Según el último informe de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), Colombia ocupa el
primer lugar del mundo en “imparcialidad de la contribución financiera”. Los defensores de la
Ley 100 del 93 han dicho que según la OMS, Colombia tiene el sistema de salud más “equitativo”
del mundo. En el artículo se discute el significado de las categorías “imparcialidad” y
“equidad” y se concluye que el sistema de salud colombiano puede ser “imparcial”, tal y como
afirma la OMS, pero de todas maneras no es equitativo
